In the present times, no Club is complete without a number of first grade residential rooms. At Jaipur Club, we now have 10 residential rooms(9 + 1 suite) complete with TV, wall to wall carpet, telephone, air-conditioning, small fridge etc to provide comfort to our guests. The room service is at the beck and call almost round the clock with Club kitchen and office to back up all services. Some of the rooms have a fine view of the sprawling lawns and the immaculately maintained garden.

(i) Booking will be confirmed only on deposit of full amount in advance. Mere registration will not entitle any member to confirmed booking.
(ii) Booking for Marriages/Receptions shall be for a minimum period of three days, the day of the ceremony being in the middle.
(iii) Those using the Terrace, Annexie and Family Corner Lawn for parties/functions are not permitted any loudspeakers or other noise pollutants to prevent
inconvvenience to others. In areas where loudspeakers are permitted the units will have to be closed by 10:45 P.M.
(iv) The Club Lounge & Committee Room will be available only for seminars/business meetings during day hours.
(v) No marriage or linked programmes can be conducted in the lounge/committee room.
(vi) Seating arrangements shall be arranged by the host.
(vii) No outside catering will be permitted in the Dining Hall.
(viii) No loudspeakers or other noise pollutants are permitted in the Lounge/Committee Room, except for P.A. System
(ix) For Marriage and Reception, cleaning and miscellaneous charges @ Rs. 1,000.00 shall be paid at the time of booking.
(x) Service Charges, as applicable, shall be extra.
 

(i) The Club shall provide water.
(ii) Members are advised to arrange own DG set for electricity. However, if Club electricity is used actual charges as per Club meter shall be recovered. The club shall not be responsible for any power failure.

"As per law members are advised to have all electrical wiring done in conduit pipes. Failure to do so and any mishap occuring is a punishable crime. The club shall not be responsible for any mishap consequent to violation of this requirement."

(iii) The Club shall not be responsible for any mishap for any arrangements not made by the Club.
(iv) Any false declaration noticed in the request for booking of facilities shall make the members liable for a fine of Rs. 2,500.00 plus the difference of charges.
(v) Mambers are advised to obtain receipt for any payments made to the Club.
